Due to the nature of the 3D objects there will be gaps between some disco tiles. We will also provide each order with a few replacement tiles if tiles come loose in shipping or in your home.

Please note that disco tiles are small, made of glass and can be sharp. Please keep these away from small children and always handle with care.

House of Betty is a small team - online orders typically ship out the next business day (Monday- Friday). There is no shipments out on weekends or holidays.

Items will come from different warehouses based on the product so please be mindful that everything in your cart might not arrive at the same time.

House of Betty is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages after it has been marked delivered. If this occurs, you will need to report to the claims process with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
